Lishan High Mountain Oolong Tea

Our Story

My name is David. Our family grows oolong tea in Lishan, Taiwan.
This is not a big company — it is a small tea garden that we take care of ourselves.

For more than 30 years, we have been farming this land without herbicides,
allowing the soil and ecosystem to stay healthy.

Our tea trees grow under apple trees at about 2000 meters above sea level.
Because of the cool climate and slow growth, the tea develops a natural floral aroma and soft sweetness.

We focus on one thing: clean, elegant, high mountain oolong tea.
No unnecessary processing, no heavy roasting — just letting the tea express its true character.

When you drink our tea, you are not just buying a product.
You are tasting a place, a season, and the work of a small tea garden in Taiwan.

High mountain oolong tea from Taiwan (2000m elevation)

Organic-style high mountain oolong tea grown under apple trees in Lishan, Taiwan.

Deyu Tea Garden is a small family tea garden located in Lishan, one of Taiwan’s most famous high mountain tea regions.
Our tea trees grow at about 2,000 meters above sea level, in a cool mountain climate with clean air, mist, and slow-growing leaves.

We focus on light-roasted, floral oolong tea with a clean aroma, soft sweetness, and a pear-like fruity finish.
This tea is especially suitable for people who enjoy elegant, delicate, and refreshing tea instead of heavy roasted flavors.
